I ORDERED WRONG, ARE I ABLE TO CHANGE THE ITEM?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to items in orders after placing an order. Alternatively, we can cancel the order if the order has not yet been processed by our transport department. Please note that once an order is processed, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order as it is being prepared for shipment.

CAN I CANCEL THE ORDER?

We can only cancel orders before starting to process an order with our shipping department. Once an order has been processed for shipment, the order can no longer be canceled / returned. If necessary, you can reject the package at the time of delivery.

MY ORDER was sent to the WRONG ADDRESS?

If you have confirmed that the delivery address stated in your order is invalid / incorrect, you can contact the shipping company and arrange for the forwarding of the mail or arrange for collection at your local post office. Alternatively, if your order tracking history shows that your courier has returned your package to the original shipper, we will be able to make the necessary adjustments to your order once it is received back with us. ITEM IS MISSING / INCORRECTLY DELIVERED?

After checking your email, we’ll send you a free prepaid return label so you can return the goods to us in exchange for the correct product. Please send this information to our e-mail address.
